The author of this site, Melvyn Danvers was a microbiologist for 35 years before joining the transport network. Having spent around 16 years as CAA approved trainer, teaching scientists and transport couriers how to move biological material. Subsequently he has been involved in both transporting biological material including UN2814 / 2900 and also developing, manufacturing and supply of packaging for biological material.
